ROSE IS BACK

Justy returned with Rose, three breedings with Hilton and all went well.

ROSE

Took Rose back to USA again yesterday to be mated with Hilton. I was very pleased with the first breeding and so are the owners! A successful mating would probably produce some black and some chocolate pups around end of September.

ROO'S PUP, "Kayla"

Kayla left here at 6AM and rode Air Canada to NYC. Her new owner, Bonnie HUDSON just called to say she arrived safely and that she if very pleased. Kayla will be trained at "C&G K-9 School Inc". Kayla will be joining Zarah, a pup from Rose's first litter and a littermate to Mud.

ROO'S PUPS

All Roo's pups will be at the Spryfield Veterinary Hospital, 320 Herring Cove Road at 8AM Friday 23 July for their eye exam. Everyone is welcome to attend. These pups will be ready to go with their new owners as soon as the eye exam is complete.

ROSIE

Rosie passed the very large stone overnight. She is eating, playing and all is well.

ADA'S PUP IS SICK

Mr. & Mrs. THOMSON of Dartmouth bought one of Ada's pups from the 3 May litter. They have noticed that she has had trouble keeping her food down lately. Dr. RUSHTON took an x-ray this evening and found a stone in her stomach. Rosie is due for surgery tomorrow morning, a full and fast recovery is expected. Thanks to caring owners and a skillful caring Veterinary hospital.

ROO'S PUPS

Roo's litter will be taken to Dr. RUSHTON, 9:30AM Wed 14 July for microchip, first shot and medical exam. Everyone welcome to attend. Eye Exam scheduled for 8AM 23 July. They will then be ready to go with their new owners.

DOINDOGS DAY #2

Karen and I each got Highest in our classes again today. Karen got 194/200 which was a tie for HIT. I had Rose in conformation, she won her class and then got Reserve Winners. Rose was handled by Natasha HOLOWATY who also earned Junior Champion Handler for the Province. She leaves today for a summer of work and fun with dogs in Ontario. She is a great person and deserving of all the well wishes and congratulations! Check her out at "http://www.geocities.com/nat_jrhandler" or #41 today at the Top Canadian K9 Site.

A "DOINDOGS DAY"

Doindogs Jersey and Doindogs Mud were both entered in the Evangeline Kennel Club Obedience Trial today. Karen COOLING handled Jersey and I had Mud. We each earned High In Classes but Mud and I got HIT (High In Trial). I earned HIT there last year also with Doindogs Jet. We also each earned our third qualification thus earning our titles. This is Karen's first dog in obedience, one of my obedience students, and I'm proud to say that these aren't "cookie dogs".

AI WAS BORN !

My new dog was born 12 June. He is a black from a chocolate mother ready to come to Nova Scotia 31st of July. His name is pronounced "I", now "Yew" and "Ai" can have pups.
